She was born on April 18, 1991 in Istanbul. After completing high school at Uğur College, she pursued her English studies at Oxford Kings College. She furthered her education in Vienna, studying English Language and Literature at the University of Wien.

Following her academic studies, she moved to London to pursue her dreams, enrolling in 'Diplome de Cuisine' and 'Hospitality and Management' programs at Le Cordon Bleu. Izem Armağan obtained her conducting diploma and had the privilege to train and work in diverse countries such as Dubai, Vienna, Istanbul and Milan.

Upon her return to Istanbul, she took part in numerous projects and worked alongside leading industry experts. Today, Izem Armağan continues to pursue her career as Blondiechef.
